This quarter wasn't supposed to be busy...

I'm excited and scared for SETC. I've been looking at the list of all the summerstocks that are going to be there, and I've made a shortlist of the places I'd like to go the most. Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival, Santa Fe Opera, and Glimmerglass Opera are just a few. It might be wishful thinking to try for Santa Fe, but one can dream, I suppose.

I have A resume done, but I have no idea if it's good enough to send out. I have a meeting with my advisor on Tuesday to sort it out and get tips on how to make it better. I'm also trying to put together an online portfolio so that I can send that out with the resume. Hopefully it will give employers a taste of what I've done and what I can do before we get to the conference...

Or maybe I won't send the link. I haven't decided yet. Either way, I need to start thinking about putting this stuff together. I'm going to need an online portfolio SOMEDAY, and I figure if I start now I'll know the ropes later. I should probably focus on my ACTUAL portfolio for right now, though. So far I just have the one I put together for OVST, and there is no way that thing is going to get me a job at SETC. Kjersten was kind enough to GIVE me an old portfolio of hers to start out with. All I need to do is fill it with pictures of my work and I'll be set. Now, if only I knew how to do it without making it look like a scrapbook...
